About Dr. Prokash Chandra Bagchi

Dr. Prokash Chandra Bagchi is a highly experienced cardiologist with over a decade of specialized experience in cardiology. He has served as a Medical Officer in the West Bengal Health Service from 2006 to 2019, and since then, he has been working as a faculty member in the West Bengal Medical Education Service. 
Throughout his career, he has performed over 5,000 procedures, including various types of coronary and peripheral angiographies, angioplasties, pacemaker implantations, and advanced cardiac device implantations such as AICD, CRT-P, CRT-D, and LOT-CRT. His expertise extends to complex and high-risk coronary angioplasties, including Primary PCI, CTO PCI, LMCA PCI, and Multivessel PCI. He is also proficient in device closures for congenital heart diseases, balloon surgeries for valvular heart diseases, and basic electrophysiology studies and ablation procedures.
