Dr. Poulami Basu

Dr Poulami Basu is a Consultant Medical Oncologist with dual accreditation in Radiation and Medical Oncology and over 10 years of clinical experience in oncology. She has received the President’s Gold Medal in the DrNB Medical Oncology Examination.

She has extensive experience in the management of a wide range of solid and haematological malignancies, with expertise in systemic therapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy and multidisciplinary cancer care. She has been actively involved as Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator in national and international Phase I–IV clinical trials across breast, lung, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, head and neck and haematological malignancies. She is also actively involved in academic presentations, publications and CME education.
